Contact points for technical problems

If you have problems logging in to E-Learning@THWS with your THWS access data, please contact the helpdesk of the IT Service Center (ITSC).

If you have questions about or problems with an individual e-learning course and/or its content, please contact the lecturer(s) of the respective course.

Each faculty has technical contact points for the system, but these should not be contacted by students! If it is necessary to involve a technical contact point from the faculties, this is done by the respective lecturer(s).
